Jeff became a Christian at the age of seven, and sensed God’s call to pastoral ministry at the age of eighteen. He earned a B.S. (1996) in Sociology at Georgia Southern University, a M.Div. (2001), a Th.M. (2004), and a Ph.D. (2007) at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to Karen Farmer since 1994. Together they have two beautiful girls – Brooke and Paige.
Jeff enjoys drinking coffee with friends, making friends while drinking coffee, SEC football, and River Dancing. An interesting fact that few people know about Jeff is that he tried out and was accepted to the Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus’s Clown College after high school, but he elected not to attend.
Jeff’s desire for LifeTree Church is that God will be glorified, lives will be changed, and fathers will know the awesome pleasure of raising children who love God.

Steven became a Christian at the age of eight, and sensed God's call to pastoral ministry at the age of 24. He earned a B.A. (2006) in Christian Ministry at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to Missi Perry since 1994. Together they have two beautiful children – Caleb and Isabel.
Steven enjoys spending time with family and friends, Mississippi State football, New Orleans Saints football, golfing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. An interesting fact that few people know aboutSteven is that he had the opportunity to play college baseball after high school, but he chose a different route.
Steven's desire for LifeTree Church is that God will be glorified in the lives of families as they become disciples of Christ.
